As a parent coach, we provide guidance and support to families by recognising their unique stories and challenges.
Drawing on over 35 years of experience and contemporary research, we offer insights, and tailored, practical strategies to help families navigate their specific circumstances and grow healthy relationships.
Parental wellbeing is at the heart of our approach. By focusing on early intervention and preventative initiatives, we effectively address tensions and through education on childhood development parents’ expectations are aligned and their new insights guide the strategies we explore.
Coaching is offered through face-to-face sessions (in person or via zoom), as well as reflective email communication after sessions, so parents have the chance revisit what was shared in their own time. Â
Sessions are $180 per hour and invoiced at the time of booking.
For a pack of 4 sessions a discounted rate of $650 is offered.

What people say
I have known Cathy in both a personal and professional capacity for many years. It is an honour to be one of her referees, as her integrity and willingness to continue in her own learning are just two of the many qualities she brings to her life every day. Cathy shows us how to parent, naturally; she is present and attentive, and uses what she knows about children’s development to inform her own relationships with her daughters.

“Cathy’s careful and thoughtful approach to understanding young children and how they communicate has guided me to become the parent I so want to be. I no longer feel overwhelmed and exhausted, I feel inspired and excited.”
